About the Role

Our federal government client, the
Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC)
, is seeking
four (4) Senior Project Officers
to provide diverse administrative and IT-related project support for the delivery of inflight and upcoming programs.

You'll play a key role in:

  • Coordinating project activities and schedules
  • Managing reporting and governance requirements
  • Supporting project delivery across multiple business areas
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved

Key Selection CriteriaEssential

  1. Experience
    – Minimum 5 years' experience on ICT projects, supporting program/project activities.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement
    – Strong skills to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
  3. Delivery Frameworks
    – Ability to work with established priorities, frameworks, and methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.).
  4. Project Support
    – Proven ability to provide administrative and program support, including secretariat services.
  5. Technology Skills
    – Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Desirable

  1. Agile Tools
    – Experience with Agile delivery and tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps highly desirable).
  2. Certifications
    – SAFe and/or Scrum Master experience and qualifications.
  3. APS Experience
    – Previous work in a small to medium-sized Federal Government agency.
  4. Intelligence Sector
    – Experience working within an Intelligence agency.
