Residential Cleaner, Raquel's Home Services

Location: Northern Rivers and surrounding suburbs

Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours per week, 8 am to 6 pm preferred

Employment type: Subcontract with the potential for ongoing work and Casual positions. We prefer to hire ABN subcontractors.

The role

You will complete residential cleans to a high standard, including regular, deep, and vacate cleans. Daytime work, consistent runs where possible, and a friendly office team to help with scheduling and questions. Training is provided, so motivated beginners are welcome.

What you will do

  • General house cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
  • Deep cleaning tasks when required
  • Use checklists, take simple before and after photos, and note any issues
  • Communicate professionally with clients and the management staff
  • Travel between jobs using your own vehicle (or car pool with partner where possible)

Must haves

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Smartphone for schedules and photos
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Residential cleaning experience (Can and will be provided)
  • Other clearances or certificates, for example First Aid or Working With Children Check
  • Current valid Public liability insurance certificate of currency (For Subcontractors)
  • Strong attention to detail and a friendly customer service approach
  • Ties to the community from people who are locally based are highly regarded
