Cleaning Operatives - Cleveland Central

New site launch Trident Services Australia is excited to expand our operations to Cleveland Central, with services commencing from Monday, 11 November 2025.

We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team in Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual roles.

As a Cleaner at Cleveland Central, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors — contributing to an outstanding customer experience in a vibrant retail setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General cleaning of retail, food court, amenities, and public areas
  • Maintaining hygiene standards in high-traffic zones
  • Monitoring and reporting hazards or maintenance issues
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet cleaning schedules

What You'll Need:

  • Previous commercial or retail cleaning experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
