Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Team Member located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Management Team Member will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff management. Key responsibilities include team leadership, maintaining operational efficiency, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also requires hands-on involvement in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and optimizing overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team development skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff.
  • Operational management skills, such as scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring smooth daily workflows.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with customers and address concerns effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as compliance with health regulations.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is highly desirable.
