As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to our standards
  • Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety across all kitchen operations
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu planning and specials
  • Managing stock, portion control, and minimising waste
  • Training and supporting junior kitchen staff

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required)
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for quality food and continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,537.39 – $83,541.21 per year
