As a leading service provider for Cleaning Services within the cleaning industry, Menzies has secured a new cleaning contract and would like to place an expression on interest for people who are interested in working for an iconic brand.

Menzies is currently looking to fill a number of permanent part-time cleaning vacancies, mostly evening/night cleaning, at the following locations:

  • Chermside

  • Ipswich

  • Mt Gravatt

  • Upper Mt Gravatt

  • Wynnum West

  • West End

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking cleaners to work in Brisbane across multiple shift times and rosters including but not limited to; weekday evening/night/day.

The specific responsibilities might include:

  • Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities & washrooms
  • Amenities cleaning
  • Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
  • Ability to follow a scope of services
  • Ability to use app based technology and update accordingly
  • Toilet, external areas and walkway cleaning
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Periodical cleaning (strip & seal, high dusting and glass cleaning and others)


Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a police check and medical health check / drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment [where required].

Applicants who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents must provide proof of entitlement to work including any restrictions on hours of work.
