Commercial Cleaner- Supervisor Role (Leading Hand)

This is a full-time, site-based role in a premium 'A-Grade' building located in the Brisbane CBD.

The Opportunity

As the leading hand, you will undertake:

  • Lead a small team of cleaners
  • General cleaning
  • Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
  • Disinfecting areas such as public spaces, meal rooms, offices, and bathrooms
  • Manual handling and lifting of equipment
  • Using a buffer, high-pressure washer, scrubber, and floor sweeper
  • Removal of rubbish
  • Use of chemicals to sanitise and disinfect
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations

Skills and Experience

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in premium 'A-Grade' buildings is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of cleaning and hygiene-related services
  • Good communication skills
  • A national criminal history check is required for this role
