About the role

Prima Clean Northside is seeking experienced Domestic and Commercial Cleaners to join our dedicated team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for providing thorough and efficient cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients in the North Brisbane QLD area. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising across residential and commercial properties
  • Responding to client requests and addressing any cleaning-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring the work areas are left clean and organised
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as any site-specific safety protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Domestic or Commercial Cleaner, preferably within the Cleaning Services industry
  • A minimum of 6-12 months cleaning experience is required for this position
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  • A friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English.
  • Drivers License with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate both residential and commercial cleaning appointments
  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Current police check and insurance
  • Police check must be current and obtained within the last 12 months
  • Current Australian ABN
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
