Your Role

Were looking for a Sales& Service Consultantto join our community-minded WFI team in Dja Dja Wurrung Country (Bendigo).

Youll support new and existing clients with their insurance needs, always putting the customer first. At WFI, were proud to be known as Great people to know who offer insurance you can shake hands with and youll help uphold that trusted reputation.As part of the IAG family of brands, we offer opportunities for growth, supportive leadership, flexibility, and a collaborative team environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role.In your first six months, youll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification while working from our Bendigo office to receive supervised training. Hybrid work options may be considered after this period, based on business needs.

You bring strong communication, empathy, and resilienceand a passion for helping your community. Were looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service (face-to-face or phone-based)
  • Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems
  • Decisive and able to follow business processes
  • Skilled in rapport-building and active listening
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail
  • Reliable, accountable, and eager to grow
