THE ROLE

An opportunity exists for the right individual to join our in-house Service and Helpdesk teams in a hybrid role consisting of refurbishing equipment, building & staging machines, inventory control, and remote (sometimes in-person) support for our customer base.

Reporting directly to the Senior Technicians, and indirectly to the GM of Operations, this hybrid role is a crucial part of a dynamic team, designed to expand the business through innovation and efficiency.

OBJECTIVES

· Have a keen eye for detail and learn quickly

· Work as part of a dynamic team

· Be hands-on to build and service machines & equipment

· Learn to innovate, enhance, and efficiently build solutions

· Share knowledge to refine procedures and processes

· Improve your skills to assist with inter-departmental support

· Remain current with the latest industry technologies and offerings

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monday to Friday working hours

· Hands-on role, working with spare parts, machines, and equipment

· Demonstrate a technical aptitude and be adaptable

· Ability to follow directives and retain information

· Work in both our in-house service and Helpdesk teams

· Ability to troubleshoot problems and deliver solutions

· Prioritise multiple jobs to deliver results

OUR OFFER

· Weekday role (Monday – Friday) with weekends and public holidays off

· We will consider full-time, part-time, or casual employment, depending on the applicant

· Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience

· Opportunity to work additional paid hours to increase your earnings

· Recent TAFE graduates, or those looking to learn new skills, are encouraged to apply

· Paid training will be provided to expand and hone your skills

· Working from our Chatswood Warehouse, in North Sydney NSW

· This is a "hands-on" hybrid role, working in our Warehouse and on our Helpdesk
