We're looking for a Casual Pet Care Specialist (Dog Daycare) to join our growing team in Mortdale, Sydney

At Kris & Doggies, we're not just a dog daycare — we're a boutique dog club where every pup is family. We're all about love, care, and fun — and we're excited to welcome someone who shares that same energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively supervise dogs of all sizes/temperaments, ensuring safe and positive interactions

  • Assist with creative and fun enrichment activities & basic training reinforcement

  • Provide daily care (but not limited to): Feed, clean, and maintain overall wellbeing

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness with frequent cleaning and sanitization of all play areas & facilities to uphold hygiene standards

  • Provide pet owners with friendly and professional service, provide pup updates, and build trusting relationships with them

  • Create photo and video content including captions writing and scheduling posts for our app/social media channels

  • Proactively prevent incidents based on company policies to comply with safety protocols

  • Support reception and retail operations for smooth check-ins, check-outs, booking management, enquiries, payments, retail sales and POS duties

You're perfect if you:

Possess previous hands-on experience working with animals

Enjoy creating fun photo & video content

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Are reliable, able to work independently and a positive team player

Hold a Cert II in Animal Care or related qualification (preferred but not essential)
