About the RoleThe Markets Workflow Team is dedicated to unlocking the potential of people by providing them with more time, improved capabilities and less problems, increasing their ability to act freely and creatively on the things that matter the most.
As an Experience Engineer - Workflow, you will achieve this mission by designing and developing solutions efficiently and within the bounds of relevant constraints, such as applicable standards and best practices.

As an Experience Engineer, you will:
Work to understand the requirements provided to you and clarify any aspects required to help you to complete the work. You will think critically about what design approach to take to undertake sensible and efficient development. You will strive to complete your development with a view to best practices, including a focus on simplicity, reusability and supportability. You will actively seek opportunities to deliver faster by using the tools and processes available to avoid "reinventing the wheel" wherever possible and a focus on continued improvementUplift your colleagues by setting a strong example, sharing your knowledge and providing documentation to help support and enhance your solutions across the wider teamHarness a positive attitude in the team and take a collaborative and curious approach to problems, identifying, mitigating and escalating risks and issues when you come across themTake an interest in the work of others in the team and, where possible, share your experiences and learnings with your teammates to help them most effectively navigate challenges What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven expertise in Front-End Development with a strong technical foundation in , including building responsive and dynamic user interfacesHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, to design and implement automated workflows and custom business applicationsKnowledge of SharePoint Online, with the ability to develop, customise, and manage collaborative solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated knowledge of the key aspects that make for strong software designExperience working collaboratively within teamsKnowledge of software development processes, demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to a high standardYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
