We’re searching for a **skilled and passionate barista** who can deliver consistently excellent coffee in a fast-paced environment while adding a touch of magic to every cup.

**About the Role**

As a Barista at The Hatter & The Hare, you will:

- Prepare and serve **exceptional coffee** with precision, speed, and style.
- Maintain **consistent quality** in flavour, presentation, and latte art.
- Keep your coffee station **clean, organised, and well-stocked**.
- Provide **warm, engaging customer service** that makes guests feel at home.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Strong barista skills** and experience in a high-volume café environment.
- Excellent coffee knowledge, including grinder calibration and milk texturing.
- The ability to work quickly and maintain high standards under pressure.
- A friendly, approachable personality with great customer service skills.
- A team-first mindset, ready to pitch in wherever needed.
- Prior experience is highly regarded, but we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude and passion for coffee.
