We're Hiring — Barista / Supervisor at Dua Bakehouse (Collingwood)

We're looking for a friendly, organised and experienced Barista/Supervisor to join our team at Dua Bakehouse in Collingwood.

You'll be hands-on in both coffee and front-of-house service, helping lead the team to deliver a warm, efficient and consistent experience for our customers.

What we're looking for:

- Strong barista skills and love for quality coffee, matcha and cold beverages.

- Confident leading or supporting a small front-of-house team

- Excellent communication and customer service

- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in artisanal breads, desserts and pastries is a plus

What we offer:
