The Company

Well-known facade contractor, delivering full windows and building envelope solutions — from design to construction. With an impressive portfolio of commercial and residential projects for Sydney's leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, they've built a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Due to continued growth, they're seeking a Façade Drafter/Designer to join the team and work on exciting new projects.  Design Managers will also be considered at higher salaries.

You'll need

  • Solid experience in drafting/designing windows or glazed facades.
  • Experience in AutoCAD (non-negotiable).
  • Proven ability to produce detailed façade shop drawings.
  • Confidence liaising with project managers, builders, architects, and engineers.
  • Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ambition and drive to grow your career in façade design.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
  • The desire to be properly rewarded for your expertise.
