About Us

Established in 1999, Profile Landscapes is a large, award-winning commercial landscaping construction company located in the inner west suburb of Petersham. We specialize in projects ranging from recreational works, commercial/industrial sites to multi-housing developments with budgets up to $10million.

About the role

Profile seeks an experienced Irrigation Technician to work within and complement our growing team, working with the Sydney region.

The position holds an integral role within our company. The applicant will be responsible for the design and installation of irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supply, install, and maintain irrigation systems, including pumps, drip systems, pop-up sprinklers, valves, and control systems.

· Read and interpret site plans, and carry out system designs as required.

· Perform landscape maintenance and ensure efficient, safe use of all site machinery, keeping equipment maintenance up to date.

· Work closely with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.

· Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products.

· Complete all required company paperwork accurately and on time.

· Take initiative with ideas, problem-solving, and implementing necessary changes on site.

· Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, and wider team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on schedule, and within company guidelines.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding OH&S, Quality Control, and Environmental Systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in irrigation installation

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Excellent customer service skills

· Able to operate independently

· Experience working with landscape trades

Required licence or certification:

· Construction Industry Induction (White Card)

· Current Driver's Licence.

Salary: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Remuneration:

An excellent and rewarding salary package will be offered based on experience inclusive of vehicle.
