About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. In this role, you will collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights that guide operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and transforming data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings.
  • Support teams by providing data-driven recommendations for business improvements.
  • Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy across multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver solutions.
  • Assist in building automated reporting tools and improving data workflows.
  • Document processes and maintain high-quality analytical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, or database management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
