Role Description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to identify trends, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in transforming raw data into clear, meaningful visualizations and reports that support data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include gathering and cleaning data from various sources, building and maintaining dashboards, and performing statistical and quantitative analyses. The Data Analyst will design and automate reporting processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze business performance, and identify patterns or anomalies. They will collaborate with stakeholders across departments—such as operations, marketing, finance, and strategy—to translate business questions into analytical solutions and provide evidence-based recommendations.

The role also involves developing data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and supporting the implementation of data governance and quality control procedures. The Data Analyst will contribute to improving analytical methodologies and leveraging tools for advanced insights such as forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis. They will play a critical role in making data accessible and understandable, empowering teams to use insights effectively in strategic planning and daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, mathematics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Python or R is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of database management systems and data structures.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
