Scheduler Estimator – Reinforcing Steel

About The Role
As a Scheduler Estimator, you will:

  • Interpret engineering and architectural drawings to prepare reinforcing steel schedules and marking plans
  • Estimate quantities and prepare accurate quotations for customers
  • Liaise with customers to coordinate steel supply and resolve technical or delivery requirements
  • Visit project sites to solve issues and build strong working relationships
  • Work closely with the scheduling team to learn, share knowledge, and develop your skills
  • Keep up to date with technology and developments in the reinforcing steel industry

What We're Looking For

  • Background in civil engineering, concrete structures, or construction (formal degree not required)
  • Strong ability to interpret engineering or architectural drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
