The role

Day One Early Learning Centres' are seeking a Cert 3 or Diploma Qualified Educator to join their vibrant team in Mission Beach, QLD 4852. This is a contract role where you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging educational programs that foster the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of children
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for all children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continually improve your practice
  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within the early childhood education sector
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
