Modern Family Early Learning is seeking dedicated Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our passionate team delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 12 months to 5 years.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Foster nurturing, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Support each child's learning and development through purposeful, play-based experiences
  • Ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and centre policies
  • Work in partnership with your team and leadership to create engaging programs
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for every child
About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • A thorough understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • A professional, warm, and adaptable approach to early learning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
