The Role

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled IT/OT Solutions Architect in our Technology team. In this position, you will be key to connecting Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). You will be responsible for designing, documenting, and delivering integrated solutions that are secure, scalable, and future-ready, while also providing valuable project management and business analysis support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope.
  • Lead the design and documentation of IT/OT architectures including networks, data flows, integrations, and security layers.
  • Partner with the Solutions BU, their BDMs, and Solutions Architects in designing proposals and client presentations
  • Manage solution delivery end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget for the IT/OT aspects.
  • Working with other Business Units and clients, facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in IT/OT Solution design, IT Project Management, and/or Business Analysis.
  • Proven IT project management skills and experience with relevant tools.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA, IoT, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT.
