The Role
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions at both the Application and Enterprise Systems levels across the Microsoft stack. You'll be responsible for:

• Lead the design and implementation of application and enterprise-level solutions (such as COTS, M365, .NET software solutions, mobile applications, Azure / AWS, D365, SharePoint, Power Platform etc).
• Evaluating and recommending technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimise solution architecture.
• Collaborating with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions.
• Identifying potential risks in solution design and implementation, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, ensuring clarity for development and support teams.

What You'll Bring
This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing complex technical solutions including:

• Demonstrated experience in architecting end-to-end solutions at both the application and enterprise systems levels.
• Proficient in the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET development, M365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimise solution architecture.
• Expertise in designing solutions with a focus on architectural integrity, scalability, and security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in solution design and implementation.
• Commitment to creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solution architecture.
• Constantly seek and recommend innovative solutions based on emerging Microsoft technologies.
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or equivalent certification.

Desirable - relevant certifications in Microsoft, AWS, or other cloud platforms are a plus such as:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect.
