Position: Receptionist (Casual)

Mahony Roma Pty Ltd operates two of Brisbane's most vibrant backpacker hostels, and we're on the hunt for our next superstar Receptionist to join our team.

  • Role Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and providing top-quality customer service.

  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and bookings (training provided).
  • Answering guest questions and sharing local tips.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun reception environment.

  • Assisting with daily operations to keep the hostel running smoothly.
