We are currently tendering for works in Brisbane and across the wider QLD Regionand are seeking expressions of interest from experienced GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Officers interested in joining us and capable of committing to the following assignments for projects which last 1 - 2 years or sometimes more.

Mandatory Experience
• Working on road &/ or bridge construction &/or rehabilitation projects either directly or indirectly for or with any Regional Councils or the QLD Department of Transport & Main Roads on DTMR Projects & be well versed and experienced with their policies, procedures & standards, Or; alternatively, any Australian Road Authority, directly or indirectly.

Experienced in the operations of IntraMaps and web pages, Inputting and analysing data, problem solve, create maps, work/liaise with other ICT/GIS or Engineering staff, use procedures and processes for the input of data and use Council standard map templates.

Proven commitment to the principles and practice of:

Ethical conduct, Equity and Diversity, and Workplace Health and Safety; Customer Service; Quality management and Risk management.


• Current holder of a valid driver's licence.

Most QLD Gov't roles are nominally hrs p/week, however this can vary somewhat with each role.

Preference will be given to someone already living in Queensland, however, we are happy to consider people willing to FIFO, DIDO or relocate themselves temporarily or permanently to near the role base.

Note: As a result of the Mandatory Quality & Standards Experience required & current residency requirements, we are unable to consider applicants living outside Australia.
