Office-based role with occasional interaction on the showroom floor or service area.
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain and update customer and vehicle records in the system.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct queries to the appropriate departments.

Support the sales and service departments with administrative tasks as required.

Organise and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
-
Assist with inventory control documentation and vehicle stock records.
-
Ensure all documents are accurately processed and archived in compliance with dealership procedures.

Provide general office support and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous administrative or office experience but not essential
-
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
