Location: Guildford, Western Australia Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum + superannuation & bonuses.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our valued clients in-store and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice for their renovation and DIY projects.
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
  • Proactively solve customer enquiries and recommend effective solutions.
  • Maintain the showroom, ensuring displays are well-stocked, clean, and presentable.
  • Participate in regular product and safety training sessions.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in a retail, sales, or trade environment (knowledge of home improvement, tiles, or plumbing supplies is a plus).
  • A friendly, confident, and genuinely helpful approach to customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and other computer software.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
