We are seeking an experienced
Pipeline Flushing Supervisor
to manage offshore
mobilisation and execution
activities for decommissioning
, pigging, and pipeline flushing operations
. This role ensures safe, efficient delivery of work scopes and compliance with all HSE requirements.

Key responsibility areas

  • Oversee offshore site preparation, permits, and approvals.
  • Manage subcontractors and multi-discipline teams during mobilisation and execution.
  • Liaise with engineering during design phases to influence safe, cost-effective outcomes.
  • Ensure timely reporting, quality documentation, and close-out of work packs.
  • Maintain strong HSE leadership and compliance with Safety Case requirements.

About You

  • Proven offshore supervision experience in oil & gas projects.
  • Strong background in pipeline flushing and pigging activities.
  • Ability to manage teams of trades and contractors in challenging environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound technical knowledge and ability to interpret engineering documentation.
