We are looking for a passionate, driven Qualified Carpenter to join us as an integral member of our operational team. You'll work directly with the business owners, helping to define the standards, efficiency, and culture that will underpin every build we complete. What You'll Be Building:

As we focus on making our mark on the industry, this role offers incredible variety. You'll be a high-calibre, all-round tradesperson setting the benchmark on site:

• Execution: Executing all stages of residential construction (framing, lock-up, fix) with precision.
• Variety: Handling diverse projects—from core renovations and extensions now, to more specialised work as we strategically grow.
• Problem Solving: Interpreting architectural plans and proactively owning the on-site solutions.
• Brand Standard: Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organised workspace that truly reflects the high-end standard of the Chaptr brand.
