About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a critical role in connecting with business owners and setting up opportunities for the Closer. You'll be responsible for:

  • Outbound dials to opt-in leads and database
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and nurture leads
  • Conducting triage calls, qualifying prospects and booking high quality sales appointments
  • Engage and nurture prospects through DM setting and warm conversations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation (business coaching experience a bonus) OR have conducted high ticket sales training
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and growth-minded
  • Ability to connect authentically and build relationships with business owners (bonus points if you have previous experience building/running a business)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
  • Professional, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of results
