Initial 12 months + 2 x 12-month extensions

About the Opportunity

We are seeking two experienced
Senior Cloud Project Officers
to support a high-profile federal government program focused on cloud-based technology and secure digital infrastructure. These positions offer the chance to work in a complex, fast-paced environment where your work will directly support critical national initiatives.

You will contribute to the
design, implementation, and governance of secure cloud projects
, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders while adhering to strict security and delivery requirements.

To be successful in this role you must :

  • Manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced project environment
  • Facilitate work package planning, execution, and daily stand-ups
  • Provide high-quality secretariat support for governance forums (agendas, minutes, tracking actions)
  • Maintain project management artefacts and records in line with formal project methodologies
  • Support program reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across government and industry
  • Administer access and structure within Objective for effective records management
  • Deliver executive-level brief writing and support project control boards

To be considered for this role you must have:

  1. Project Management Certification/Training
  2. e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile SCM
  3. Experience in National Intelligence Community (NIC)
  4. contributing to large projects or programs
  5. Agile Delivery Experience
  6. demonstrated ability to operate in agile project environments
  7. Secretariat and Governance Support
  8. preparing and tracking meetings, progress reports, action
  9. Experience with
    commercial cloud platforms
    in a project setting
  10. Familiarity with
    Azure DevOps and GovTEAMS
