The Pace Enablement team exists to help the Group build teams of the future and unlock potential to create exceptional outcomes, safely. We do this by working with teams and leaders across the Group, in close partnership with Risk and HR.

This role will provide the opportunity to work with a breadth of teams to drive real results and make a difference at-scale. You will get exposure to a breadth of stakeholders including teams who are creating amazing outcomes across the Bank and senior leaders within the Group.

This is a role for someone who wants to combine strategic thinking with direct stakeholder engagement to shape the way teams across the Group continuously drive better outcomes.

As Senior Manager, Pace Enablement, you will:

  • Engage with a breadth of teams to work through how delivery can be improved within their area and across the Bank.

  • Apply strategic thinking and delivery expertise , along with seeking local and global insights, to challenge what is possible and shape scalable, sustainable ways of working.

  • Proactively contribute to the roadmap and implementation of scalable opportunities that can be scaled across the Group to improve delivery.

  • Drive the sharing of good practices and learnings across the Group.

  • Contribute to team outcomes, including supporting the broader Pace work streams.

  • Use data and storytelling to shape enterprise-focused narratives that connect team-level insights to broader organisational goals.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience and knowledge with modern delivery practices, including agile, and the application of these at-scale in complex environments.

  • Demonstratable experience working with teams in a consultative way to identify , frame and clearly document opportunities.

  • Experience with transformation or delivering on strategic initiatives highly desired.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Growth mindset and commitment to learning , actively seeking new approaches and perspectives to enhance delivery.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and craft clear, compelling insights to inform decisions and influenc e senior stakeholders.

  • Enterprise mindset , thinking beyond team or function to align with broader organisational goals and long-term impact.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems—able to assess evolving contexts, identify patterns, and shape clear paths forward.
