About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to join our close-knit QA team. This hands-on role will see you managing and supporting key quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with GMP and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist with CAPAs, NCRs, customer complaints and change controls
  • Conduct batch record reviews and support product release activities
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing our quality management system

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in animal or human pharmaceuticals
  • Tertiary qualification in a science-related discipline
  • Experience using an electronic QMS (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and organisational abilities
