Mobilisation Officer

About the role

As a Mobilisation Officer at Technical Maintenance Support in Geraldton, Western Australia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's strategic workforce planning and mobilisation efforts. This full-time position will see you working closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure the organisation has the right people in the right places at the right time.

What you'll be doing

• Client specific ownership of the end-to-end shutdown mobilisation process.
• Ensuring premobilisation tasks are executed in a timely manner i.e. Medicals, PPE, NPC etc.
• Compiling and sending out Mob and Demob emails
• Onboarding personnel within client specific platforms – INX, Workflow, Pegasus, ENABLE for securing flights and accommodation
• Allocate manning in a timely manner ensuring all Client requests are filled.
• Ensure all HR documentation and training records are maintained and accurately recorded
• Arranging logistics to and from site for employees, tooling & equipment
• Associated admin duties as required or allocated by your manager
• Conducting a hand over when required to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Attend Logistics meetings twice a week

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar recruitment or resourcing role, ideally within the resources or construction industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Working knowledge of onboarding procedures
• Familiarity with HR information systems and recruitment tools
• A solutions-focused mindset and a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
