We're looking for a detail-focused and collaborative Client Services Specialist to join our Bondi Junction-based team. If you're organised, solutions-oriented, and keen to be part of a fast-paced support environment that keeps the magic of travel running smoothly, this could be your next exciting role.

About the Role

You'll be the engine room of our Sales Contact Centre, managing the essential behind-the-scenes administration that enables our agents to focus on what they do best, creating memorable travel experiences. From processing refunds and chasing payments to updating bookings and resolving supplier queries, your work will make a real difference to both our team and our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative and operational support across bookings, payments, system queries, and supplier interactions
  • Communicate clearly with agents and internal stakeholders about tour updates, cancellations, refunds, and guest issues
  • Support internal systems such as TMS and Tropics, and escalate technical issues where required
  • Run daily and weekly reports to identify and resolve booking and payment issues
  • Assist with updates to pricing, promotions, travel documentation and product details


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative support role (essential)
  • Background in contact centre or the travel industry (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable using booking systems and tools (TMS, Tropics or Salesforce a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a calm, proactive approach
