The Product Manager at RecordPoint is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
This role is the glue that aligns all aspects of the RecordPoint business to ensure that we're building the right thing at the right time, building it well, and telling all the right people about it
What you will do:
- Contribute to overall business planning activities
- Define and maintain your product vision and roadmap
- Maintain and prioritise your product delivery backlog
- Define, measure & report on success metrics associated with in-flight product initiatives
- Align success measures with overarching business goals and objectives
- Ensure business telemetry and metrics are defined and built into every engineering deliverable
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders to build a balanced, value-driven roadmap of product initiatives
- Build a shared understanding of the problem we are trying to solve for our customers with our engineering teams
- Build a shared understanding of the value proposition for new products, features and enhancements with our marketing, sales and professional services teams
- Validate & test new product initiatives with internal & external stakeholders for value, demand, usability and feasibility
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain an up-to-date view of our solutions competes in the marketplace
- Maintain product collateral for sales, field and support teams
- Create and facilitate the execution of product launch/nurture activities with the marketing team
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide the voice of the customer
- Participate in and represent the customer voice in broader planning activities
- Conduct backlog grooming & prioritisation with your engineering squad
- Conduct product discovery programs with our customers to validate and test new products and features
- Maintaining product packaging and pricing
About You
- Experienced with building SaaS B2B products within medium to large technology businesses. This is essential
- Exposure to delivering products using AI and ML.
- Customer obsessed - you are passionate about truly understanding customers, championing their needs, and advocating for them in all interactions across the business.
- Curious - You actively seek out learning and feedback. You have a hunger to know more be it exploring your product space or building your product discipline.
- You get it done - You're that person who makes stuff happen.
