About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our small team as a Warehouse Operator, with an immediate start. The candidate must be reliable and be physically fit as this is a manual picking, packing and wrapping role. You will be willing to work across a wide variety of warehouse duties, have a strong ability to problem solve and be fluent in spoken and written English. We are seeking an employee who is committed to a long-term position with us.

Position Details

  • Type: Permanent Full-time
  • Shifts:Monday–Friday Full-day shifts available
  • Location: Cockburn Central

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the timely dispatch of goods to customers and service providers
  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders
  • Operate forklifts safely to transport goods, pallets, and crates within the warehouse
  • Ensure storage and dispatch areas are kept clean, organized and free of hazards
  • Communicate with the purchasing team to resolve issues related to missing or incorrect items,
  • Support inventory control activities, including regular stocktakes

What we're looking for

  • Current Forklift Ticket (essential)
  • MR License (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Current "C Class" Manual Driver's License
  • Full Working Rights in Australia

· Previous warehouse experience (highly desirable but not essential, training is provided)

· An employee with the ability to understand, analyse and resolve issues as they arise related to orders and delivery of our goods

· An employee with the ability to work autonomously, be proactive and self-motivated whilst working within a small team environment

· Must be physically fit as this is an active picking, packing and pallet wrapping role
