Our client, a highly respected mid-tier law firm, is seeking an Associate-level Property Lawyer to join their growing Commercial Property team. The Role

Working closely with senior practitioners, you will advise a broad portfolio of clients across commercial property matters. The work is varied, stimulating and hands-on, with exposure to leading clients in the Perth market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing property and leasing documentation
  • Supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals and property development projects
  • Conducting due diligence across a range of property transactions
  • Liaising directly with clients, external stakeholders and counterparties
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship activities

About You

You will be a client-focused property lawyer who enjoys working in a collaborative and high-performing team.

We are looking for:

  • 2–6 years' PAE in commercial property law (leasing experience essential)
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence dealing directly with clients
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing your career
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple matters with autonomy and support
