Grays is currently hiring for a full time Auto Operator to join the Automotive yard in Dandenong South. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in all processes to deliver the best service for our online auctions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently and stored/presented according to set guidelines.
  • Ensure facilities are kept clean, safe, and orderly.
  • Ensure work is carried out in line with Grays values.
  • Display a high level of customer service.
  • Display a high level of WHS awareness and compliance.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager.

Attributes:

  • This position would ideally suit an energetic team player with an interest in cars. Vehicle knowledge is preferred but not essential.
  • Manual driver's license (essential).
  • Commitment to providing quality customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good literacy, numeracy, computer, and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to a deadline.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Confident and enthusiastic personality.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
