NET Developer
Please note, this position is a hybrid role based in Lake Macquarie, and you will be required to be in the office at least 2 days per week.
What's in it for you?
Are you a mid-level software developer looking for your next challenge with plenty of opportunities to grow your career? Or are you even a junior developer ready to step up into a mid-level role?
In this hybrid position based out of Lake Macquarie, you will work within a small development and QA team, where you will be in a back-end leaning role using .NET and Angular.
What you'll be doing:
In this hands-on position, you will be working within a small team, where you will be mostly coding in both front and back end development. You will be assigned to an ongoing project where you will be responsible for providing clean, reusable code in a mostly Microsoft environment.
You will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and support of applications, working closely with other developers, testers and architects in your direct and wider team. You will act as a mentor to less experienced developers in the team and be tasked with providing input in internal meetings where you will advocate for best software engineering practices, e.g. automated testing, continuous improvements and continuous delivery.
Experience required:
You will have at least three years of previous demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have used .NET. You will ideally have experience in front end development, ideally with Angular or React.
Desirably, you will have experience in a cloud environment using Azure or AWS. But if you don't, we would love to still hear from you.
You will be based within a commutable distance of the Lake Macquarie office and be able to travel into the office at least 2 days a week.
About the company:
Our client specialises in the provision of high-quality ERP consulting, development and support services to a diverse range of clients. Their head office is based in Lake Macquarie, and their network is extensive, servicing both Australian and International clients.
They offer hybrid flexibility, and their team are forward-thinking people with exposure to the latest development technologies. Their values are at the core of everything they do, which has resulted in a culture of collaboration, support and a genuine interest in the work they do.
