What You Will Be Working On
As the State Manager, you will play a pivotal role in franchise recruitment growth
.
Your focus will be on proactively generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into successful franchisees. You will also work closely with our established franchise network, providing support and guidance to help them grow and succeed in a competitive market.
- Source and qualify prospects for new franchisees, clearly communicate our value proposition, and guide them through the onboarding process
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring high-quality franchisees are selected and onboarded effectively
- Provide ongoing business coaching, planning support, and performance guidance to franchisees to help them scale their operations
- Drive franchisee growth and productivity through regular support visits and performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative culture and build strong working relationships with franchisees, stakeholders and strategic alliances ensuring maximum value for all parties
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and resolve issues as they arise
Who Will Be Successful
You will bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to the role, including:
- Experience in a mortgage broking or sales management role, with a solid understanding of the mortgage broker/finance industry
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership and sales management experience, ideally within financial services
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning, execution, and review skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management expertise
- Proven track record in franchisee recruitment and understanding the challenges of small business ownership (desirable)
