Goal Indigenous Services are seeking dedicated and motivated Labourers & Trade Assistants to join our team in Darwin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting construction projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Whether you have experience or are new to the field, we welcome all applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
  • General labouring duties such as moving materials, maintaining a clean site, and following safety protocols.
  • Supporting the setup and teardown of scaffolding and temporary structures.
  • Operating power tools and machinery under supervision.
  • Following instructions from supervisors and site managers to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Experience

  • A strong commitment to safety and willingness to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions and on active construction sites.
  • Valid White Card
  • Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test if required.
