We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production & Administration Assistant to support our team during our busiest season. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.


Responsibilities
  • Operate the production management system (Ironbark): from entering sales orders to generating production records and sales invoices.
  • Print and prepare product labels, along with documentation for transportation processes.
  • Manage and maintain inventory accuracy across products, spare parts, and stationery.
  • Liaise with IT contractors to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and Windows issues (e.g., setting up printers, ensuring software runs smoothly).
  • Maintain and improve best practices in production organization, quality control, site safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong logical thinking with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using production management systems, ideally Ironbark.

  • Casual contract: 25–35 hours per week during our peak season (mid-October to March).
