The Role

We are seeking a sales-driven Store Manager to lead our Daw Park location. This role is about more than just running a store, it's about building sales momentum, maximising every opportunity, and leading a high-performing team to meet targets. You'll combine leadership with frontline selling, ensuring customers experience the magic of a piano while the business achieves strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver results: drive store sales, margin, and KPI performance targets.
  • Lead from the front: be hands-on with sales, set the pace on the floor, and inspire your team by example.
  • Customer experience: demonstrate acoustic & digital pianos + keyboards with confidence (you don't need to be a concert pianist, just able to showcase quality and sound).
  • Operational oversight: Execute merchandising strategies that drive sell-through.
  • Strategic growth: identify sales opportunities, run promotions, and leverage Adelaide's only Yamaha dealership status to build market share.
