El Camino is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our team at our Surfers Paradise location. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests and take reservations
- Answer online messages and assist with inquiries
- Manage waitlists and ensure timely seating for guests
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the host stand and lobby area
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong ability to pick up the operations of the reservation and seating platform Seven Rooms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
