At Outreach Physiotherapy, we're committed to improving access to quality allied health care and supporting our clinicians to thrive. This role is ideal for an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist who values meaningful work, professional growth, and leadership opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll provide in-clinic and home-based physiotherapy services in Darwin, as well as outreach services across the Northern Territory. You'll deliver evidence-based care, mentor junior clinicians, and contribute to continuous improvement and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, culturally appropriate physiotherapy services in clinic, at home, and in remote communities.
Provide assistive technology assessments and family-centred therapy programs.
Manage your own caseload efficiently, ensuring documentation and reporting meet NDIS and professional standards.
Lead, mentor, and provide clinical supervision to junior team members.
Contribute to service quality, improvement initiatives, and a positive team culture.
About You:
You're an experienced and compassionate clinician with strong communication skills, a passion for equitable healthcare, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Criteria:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
- Demonstrated experience in independent clinical practice and caseload management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current NT Driver's Licence and Ochre Card (Working with Children Check)
Desirable:
- Postgraduate or specialist qualifications (e.g. paediatrics, rehabilitation, or rural/remote health)
