The Role
As our company continues to expand, we're thrilled to offer a full-time position for a Fire Detection Service Technician. We're seeking an individual eager to contribute to our business's ongoing success. Join our vibrant maintenance team and assist in providing exceptional trade experience & customer service to our growing client base. Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fire Systems Technician. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and abilities:
- Proficiency in diagnosing, fault finding, and conducting breakdown repairs on dry fire systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing stock and equipment efficiently to fulfill job requirements effectively.
- Thorough understanding and application of Australian Standards, particularly AS1670 and AS1851.
- While a trade qualification as an Electrician is preferred, it is not essential.
- Strong presentation skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
About You
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of various fire detection systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings, have an astute approach to conducting comprehensive workload in an efficient manner, and be a proactive communicator to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
