Job Description:

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the delivery of brand and marketing activations. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies in line with key business KPIs and marketing calendar.

  • Manage showroom inventory and merchandise daily
  • Support PR loan management, including press loans, influencer send-outs, stock transfers, packing, and returns
  • Attend shoots with the Art Director (ecom and social)
  • Coordinate samples and accessories, prep and pack samples, de-tag and re-tag, return samples to showroom, and return borrowed accessories
  • Assist with pre-production tasks
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on center management and requests, including loans, sending campaign images, news, and offers
  • Develop social media content, write captions, respond to customers, and prepare weekly discussion calendars
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Marketing or communications graduate with a strong passion for social media and fashion
  • Creative writing and copywriting skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop new skills
