If so, join our frontline support teams - NIISQ (24/7 Attendant Care Team) and NDIS (24/7 SIL Teams).  We offer individualised and integrated services for our clients requiring high intensity care.  We value work life balance and have kindness as one of our core values.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team;  nursing, allied health, education, business, NDIS and assistive technology technical expertise and lived experience.

The selection process will consider the following experience:

  • Skills, knowledge and experience in working with complex care, TBI, SCI, ASD, ID or other physical and neurological conditions
  • Attention to detail with direct care/support
  • Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience and adaptable to high-risk/quick changing environments/situations
  • Delivering services for complex /dual diagnosis clients
  • Understanding of early intervention and recovery strategies
  • Manual handling experience
  • Pressure care management
  • Stoma care
  • Peg feeding
  • Continence /Bowel care support

All positions will commence as casuals with select team members offered ongoing part time contracts, after successful demonstration of competence, client and organisational fit. For those appropriately experienced and qualified, senior support positions may be available.
