The Role

As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire beverage program and lead a passionate team across a high-performing venue known for excellence in service and product. You'll thrive in an environment where creativity, leadership, and guest experience come first.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of bartenders with structured training and ongoing development
  • Oversee day-to-day bar operations, inventory, supplier relationships, and rostering

  • Uphold all compliance, licensing, and RSA requirements
  • Drive guest engagement and repeat visitation through warm, energetic service

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume, premium bar leadership
  • Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and local craft beer
  • Confident with stock control, POS, and supplier systems (e.g. LightYear, BEPOZ)
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and hands-on leadership
